I look for local businesses without a website and build a preview of yours before we talk. If you're interested, I text you the link.

You see your site
Look it over on your phone and tell me what you'd change. There's no cost and no commitment.

It goes live
Say yes, send a few photos and your logo, and it's live on your own domain. I set up the domain, the hosting and the link from your Google listing.

A software engineer who builds these himself
I'm Ethan Goedelman, a software engineer here in Orlando. I build every site myself, so when you call, you talk to the person who made it.
Plenty of good local businesses don't have a website, so when someone searches for them, they land on a competitor. A preview shows you what yours could look like before you spend anything. If you'd rather meet in person, I'm happy to.
FAQ
What owners ask me
Who owns the domain?
You do. I register it in your name, with me as the technical contact, so you're never locked in. The first year is included in the build fee.
Who owns the content and photos?
You do. I license the site itself to you while you’re on the care plan. If you ever leave and want the files, there’s a buyout: three months of care.
How does cancelling work?
The care plan is month to month, for as long as you want your site up. The one exception is the no-money-down plan: it has a 12-month minimum, and after that its monthly price drops (see Pricing). Your domain and your content stay yours either way.
What does the care plan cover?
Hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring and backups, up to 30 minutes of edits a month, and a quarterly check that your Google Business Profile links to your site. Bigger changes are quoted separately.
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. You see your preview first. You pay the build fee by invoice or payment link before the site goes live on your domain.
How long does it take?
Usually about a week from your yes to a live site.
Can you fix my Google listing too?
Yes. Every package includes a Google Business Profile cleanup: categories, hours, services, photos and the link to your new site.
